What is the shipping and delivery policy?

Maiyoosh offers shipping to all 50 states of the United States (including Puerto Rico) via USPS. Free delivery is available for orders with a minimum of $100 (unless previously discussed) within 40 miles of 45066. The shipping fee is $5 plus $2.50 per item.

Is free shipping offered?

In the future, free shipping will be offered within The United States (including Puerto Rico) for orders $200 and above. Currently, the shipping fee is $5 plus $2.50 per item.

I received a damaged product or the wrong item, what should I do?

Please contact us at maiyoosh@outlook.com immediately. If the product is damaged, you have an option of receiving a replacement or a full refund. You may be asked to send back the product in order to support your claim.

My package has not arrived, is lost, or was returned to sender.

Every package is tracked and a tracking number is provided to you via email as soon as the items have been shipped. We will investigate and report the missing items to USPS to try to solve or mediate the problem. If the package has been returned to us, we will contact you via phone number or email to reship the package or find another solution.

What is the return policy?

Maiyoosh offers a 30 day return policy after the package has arrived. The items must be in its original packaging and do not have any damage or signs of wear.

How do I take care of my products?

  • Clean with Connoisseur’s fine jewelry cleaner and dry with a soft or microfiber cloth

  • Remove before sleeping

  • Remove before bathing or showering

  • Avoid extreme sunlight

  • Avoid direct contact with perfume or lotion

  • Store in a closed jewelry pouch or box

  • Remove before working out

Are the products vegan and what kind of materials are used?

Yes, all the products used are vegan (the products do not contain any animal products).

Typically, our products are made of various metals (such as stainless steel), glass, and faux pearls and gems. Please click on the product details as each product may have different materials that are used.
